November Christmas (A Review)

Vanessa with her snowglobe. :')

A few days ago my mother asked me to watch a Hallmark movie with her. We have all been very busy lately, and there has not been a lot of time for movie watching, but Mom and I had the house to ourselves that night and I was caught up with most of the things I needed to finish. I love Hallmark movies, so naturally I was excited to be able to sit and watch one with Mom. ๐Ÿ™‚
I asked her what the movie was about, and she said she wasn’t sure and we should watch and see. HA! This is what I love about my mother- “…if it’s a Hallmark movie it has to be good, who cares what it is about?” She usually says after I ask the “What is it about?” question.
I will tell you that both my mother and I were bawling our eyes out, but we both enjoyed it very much. This movie is such a wonderful example of community and kindness, it really touched my heart. If you can handle a tearjerker and love watching warm-hearted movies about people helping each other out I reccomend this one. It’s full of spirit, and I could relate to some of the characters. The cast was excellent, and the quality of the film was breathtaking. Some of the scenes were just gorgeous…

The kind and helpful neighbor. ๐Ÿ˜€ I have a lot to learn from this character.

Whoa ho! That darn man can teach me anything he wants! How did you know that he is my ultimate fantasy! So I guess I’ll have to look for this movie now. And tears too? Perfect. Thanks for coming by and commenting. I think I’m going to get a T2i for Xmas- it has that cool video feature too and comes with a 55-250(?) mm lens along with their typical kit lens. You are so right about the saving up for the best camera so I don’t have to buy twice. We got some unexpected bonus money this year – yeehaw!

I was gazing lovingly at the T2i, but now I am saving for a 60D. The only reason I am buying another camera is that eventually I would like to make money taking photographs and the pros all tell you to have a back-up. Ha ha! I have already spent … $2,500 on camera stuff anyway. ๐Ÿ˜› Quite the expensive hobby. I have no Christmas bonus to look forward to, in fact I have recently been told that nobody in staff will be getting any pay raises until further notice. But I have never gotten a raise anyway, so I guess I don’t know what I am missing.

November Christmas will make you cry, in the best way possible. If you end up watching it, I’d like to know your opinion on it as well. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I’m Tweeting (Yikes!)

  • So, I started going by my middle name in college because I've always liked it better. Now I'm Renรฉe, and can be tweeted at "teafaellana." 3 years ago
  • I keep reading fanfics to tide me over until #OUaT is back. I can't wait to see more character development of Regina! #EvilRegals 4 years ago
  • This has somehow been the best and worst Thanksgiving I've ever had, all at once. 4 years ago

Heather loves hats that are designed to look like cute animals, fairy wings, cheese pizza, swimming in ponds, roller blading, taking silly self-portraits, learning, spending time with people, and just about everything else too. Heather does not love ... well, there isn't a lot that she doesn't love. You can probably figure it out after a little while!
