Women’s Photography Conference

I just heard about a Women’s Photography Conference the facilitates empowering relationships. Oh boy does this sound right up my alley or what!? Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend because of finances, work, and school. I will however be plotting ideas for how I can create my own sort of learning atmospheres and environments where I can practice my photography and empower relationships. I will talk to other photographers, other women, other people who inspire me.

Maybe I could come up with something on my blog. Maybe we could have a blog group that discusses and encourages empowering relationships in community, developing skills in photography or art, and combining the subjects. I am sure that I have many readers who have digital cameras and love taking pictures, and also plenty who love to create art… SO, I have a task for all of you. (Uh-oh, this means some actual work for ME too)

I would love it if you would submit to me a digital image, it can be a photograph or some form of collage/drawing/painting, that expresses positive empowerment or relationships.

If you could get this image to me by Saturday, July 30th I will do my best to have a blog post up featuring everyone’s images (linking back to your blogs, of course!) between August 1st and August 4th. Maybe I’m crazy, but I would love to see what “empowerment” or “relationship” means to you readers. You are very important to me!

Please send the images to this e-mail address: heatherrliveloud@yahoo.com

I’m Tweeting (Yikes!)

  • So, I started going by my middle name in college because I've always liked it better. Now I'm Renée, and can be tweeted at "teafaellana." 3 years ago
  • I keep reading fanfics to tide me over until #OUaT is back. I can't wait to see more character development of Regina! #EvilRegals 3 years ago
  • This has somehow been the best and worst Thanksgiving I've ever had, all at once. 3 years ago

Heather loves hats that are designed to look like cute animals, fairy wings, cheese pizza, swimming in ponds, roller blading, taking silly self-portraits, learning, spending time with people, and just about everything else too. Heather does not love ... well, there isn't a lot that she doesn't love. You can probably figure it out after a little while!
