I’m alive. So is the big city.

Over the weekend I traveled to a big city where my friend has an apartment so I could spend the weekend there, and also attend an Anime Convention for the first time. :] Yes, I am a nerd.

I also: went to an art museum, a university campus and library, Urban Outfitters, a hookah bar (although I did not smoke, they had the MOST incredible Chai Tea I have ever tasted), a handful of new restaurants just for the sake of trying new things, almost went to a nightclub, parked in a parking garage without my parents being the drivers (yay for nerdy firsts!!), a marketplace, took a city bus just because I could, a donut shop that makes their own delectable donuts, and drove in circles at 2AM with music loud.

Those were all new experiences for me. 😛 Here are not-nearly-enough pictures for you. [NOTICE: The amount of wings being worn with the costumes was impossible for me to photograph. I was in fairy-wing-wearing-Heaven!]

…….FIN.

We’re both very, very tired though.

Happy Adventures,
Heather

I’m Tweeting (Yikes!)

  • So, I started going by my middle name in college because I've always liked it better. Now I'm Renée, and can be tweeted at "teafaellana." 3 years ago
  • I keep reading fanfics to tide me over until #OUaT is back. I can't wait to see more character development of Regina! #EvilRegals 3 years ago
  • This has somehow been the best and worst Thanksgiving I've ever had, all at once. 3 years ago

Heather loves hats that are designed to look like cute animals, fairy wings, cheese pizza, swimming in ponds, roller blading, taking silly self-portraits, learning, spending time with people, and just about everything else too. Heather does not love ... well, there isn't a lot that she doesn't love. You can probably figure it out after a little while!
